Join us for an evening of delicious drinks and fascinating stories, as we explore the origins of some of the world’s most loved cocktails.
This event will feature three half-serve classic cocktails from the history books, presented with a short history lesson and recipes. Add a grazing box to your booking for optional cheese pairings with each drink.
Our first drink is the 20th Century, a citrusy, sharp, and robust cocktail made with Melbourne Dry Gin, Bianco vermouth, white cacao liqueur, and fresh lemon. Paired with Spanish Manchego, this cocktail is sure to tantalize your taste buds.
Our second cocktail is the Alaska, a spirit-forward drink made with Summer Thyme Gin, Yellow Chartreuse, and orange bitters. This aromatic and semi-sweet cocktail is paired with Adelaide Hills Brie, making for the perfect combination of flavours.
Last but not least, we have the Charlie Chaplin, a tart and fruity cocktail made with Blackthorn Sloe Gin, apricot brandy, and fresh lime. Paired with Victorian Blue, this cocktail is bursting with flavours of stone fruit and berries.
