Join us for an evening of gin tasting and cocktail showcase, as we unveil our latest creation, Pink Lake Gin. For just $49 per person, you can indulge in a G&T or Spritz, and a choice of a Martini or Sour.
Our expert Distillers, Dave and Jordan, will guide you through a tasting of our Pink Lake Gin, sharing their knowledge and expertise on the distillation process and what went into bringing this Gin to life! To complement the tasting, Richard, owner of Mount Zero Olives will provide a tasting of their delicious olives, a different olive has been paired perfectly with each drink.
After the tasting, our talented bar team will take you on a journey with a cocktail demonstration, showcasing the versatility of Pink Lake Gin. You will receive a cocktail guide booklet, so you can recreate your own drinks at home.
