Choose between RIPE’s iconic Truffle Cheese Toastie or a Truffle Cheese Raclette over potatoes, both topped with fresh Australian truffle shaved right in front of your eyes. Paired with a refreshing gin spritz.
The Showstopper?
Hakim mastermind behind RIPE, will be rolling up with the truffle trolley to shave fresh Australian Black truffle right onto your dish—live and up close. Plus, he’ll give you the lowdown on your meal. We’ll of course give you a quick run down on your gin spritz as well, paired perfectly to balance the heaviness of the main. Next-level dining friends!

What’s this Iconic Truffle Cheese Toastie about?
Melbourne’s Most Truffle’d Toastie has a smear of Black Truffle Honey with Mozzarella and Cheddar between buttered sourdough, with a total of 10g of freshly shaved Australian Truffles and a sprinkling of Black Truffle Salt.
