We’re teaming up with our neighbours at the South Melbourne Market, UGO Burrata Bar to bring you a one-of-a-kind dining experience — two intimate evenings of Italian food paired with Patient Wolf Australian gin, hosted inside our South Melbourne distillery.

Join us Friday 6 June or Friday 20 June for a 5-course experience crafted by UGO Head Chef Dario Di Clerico, with bespoke gin cocktail pairings for each course from our team! Expect flavour-packed dishes, perfectly paired drinks and learn all there is to know about this incredible Italian delicacy – check out the menu below!
