• Gift vouchers ordered through our website will be delivered electronically to the email specified at time of ordering. Please ensure the recipient’s email is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the email is incorrectly entered and someone other than the intended recipient uses the voucher.
• All vouchers will be given a unique voucher number. After the voucher has been used this unique number will become invalid. We are not responsible if a voucher has been lost, stolen, destroyed, photocopied or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• All our vouchers are valid for 36 months from the purchase date and are for one use only.
• Please present the original voucher upon arrival to a distillery staff member who will then verify the voucher number.
• Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
• No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.
• Vouchers are not valid for deposits on group bookings, catered events, or venue hires.
• Vouchers may not be used to purchase a further voucher.

• Due to the experience we create for guests we don’t accept more than 8 people for a session. Bookings are not accepted online on the day from 1 hour prior to service commencing.
• We require pre-payment of $50pp for the Tour and Masterclass.
• For larger groups or to arrange a last minute booking, please call the venue on 0477 550 421.
• Refunds for the Tour and Masterclass.are available up to 5 days from the booking. In case of a last minute cancellation, an emergency, or if you’re just running late, please call the venue.
• Due to liquor licensing we cannot have anyone under the age of 18 on the premises after 5pm.
• If you’re running late, please don’t hesitate to call us. If you can’t attend your booking, we can organise a full refund up to 5 days before the event.
