A modern take on mulled wine. Hot, sweet and herbaceous with a textural twist. 

Ingredients: Melbourne Dry Gin, Beerenberg Farm Yarra Valley Blackberry Jam, Butter, Rosemary, Murray River Rock Salt.

Serving instructions:

  1. Place sealed bottle in a large heat proof container and cover with boiling water. 
  2. Set a timer for 2 minutes.
  3. Pre-heat a teacup or your favourite Brandy balloon by filling it with boiling water. 
  4. Empty the water from your glassware and place one teaspoon of butter in the glass and skewer it with a sprig of rosemary. 
  5. After two minutes, carefully remove the bag from the hot water, cut the corner and pour over the butter and rosemary. Serve immediately.
