Sir Andrew Davis’ Negroni

$75.00 inc GST

Developed in collaboration with Sir Andrew Davis, Conductor Laureate of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. This perfectly balanced, all-Australian Negroni is bitter, sweet and rich. Rather than following the traditional recipe of equal parts Melbourne Dry Gin, Maidenii sweet vermouth and Okar Amaro bitters, every component was blended to Sir Andrew’s taste.

ABV: 29.5% // 500ml

SERVING SUGGESTION & TASTING NOTES

A perfectly balanced, all-Australian Negroni. Bitter-sweet, full flavoured and rich. Blended to Sir Andrew’s taste. Simply pour over ice, garnish with an orange twist and enjoy while listening to your favourite music.

SERVING SUGGESTION & TASTING NOTES

Lemon zest and fresh green thyme gives us a slightly lighter, refreshing style gin. Bright, lively, and bursting with fresh lemon before moving to piney juniper, which is perfectly complimented by fresh thyme which offers fresh green notes. The palate leads to a light floral note, with juniper ever present, before finishing on a subtle sweetness from tonka beans.

Refreshing, zesty, fresh green notes. It makes a smashable G&T with lemon and fresh thyme, Tom Collins and Martini.
