Saltsmith X Patient Wolf

We’ve teamed up with Saltsmith, for two evenings of craft cured bacon and gin, featuring special guests Simon Lawry and David Bell – Saltsmith’s Co-founders and Blake Hall – Patient Wolf Ambassador.

Saltsmith grew from Simon and Dave’s obsession with making ridiculously good bacon. So it’s fair to say we share the same passion.

Based in North Melbourne, Saltsmith are pushing the boundaries of the humble rasher, by using free-range accredited produce, and creating unique flavours like maple whisky bacon.

Join us on Wednesday 23rd or 30th March, for a truly unique experience, where we’ll be pairing three varieties of Saltsmith Bacon with bespoke Patient Wolf Gin cocktails.

Light snacks also available over the bar. Or if you’re looking for something a little more substantial, pre-book your grazing box of cheese, charcuterie and antipasto in the form below.

On the night, we will be offering a FREE Bacon pack with each Gin bottle purchase to sweeten the deal.
