It’s any gin distillery’s favourite day of the year. This will be our first time celebrating World Gin Day in person, and we couldn’t be more excited. We’ve got 3 Masterclasses planned from 12pm-4pm followed by a chilled afternoon with drink specials, a native garnish station and live music.

From a small idea born in Melbourne bars, to the journey to our Southbank Distillery. Learn some behind the scenes stories over a guided tasting of gin and Q&A from founder Dave Irwin.

w/ Bar Manager Shane
Learn about many of the classic and emerging botanicals available in Australia. Shane has tailored an amazing selection of ingredients to explain what they do and how they work both inside and outside the still.

Classic Gin Cocktails
w/Blake Hall and Rhyan Carter
Blake and Rhyan are both boozy history enthusiasts, with over 30 years of combined hospitality experience. They’ve selected 4 of their favourite classic gin cocktails from different eras to present an insightful and delicious tasting through history.
Includes: 3x half serve cocktails, each paired to a different edition of Patient Wolf Gin (plus first dibs for our indoor tables once the bar opens at 4pm).
