Indulge your tastebuds and settle in for a guided tasting with our very own drinks guru, Blake Hall, and RIPE’s Founder, Head Cheesemonger & National Cheese Judge Hakim Halim and see what makes the Gin + Cheese combo just sooo good. Hakim has selected three of his best Australian cheeses to pair perfectly with three bespoke gin cocktails made specially for the night.

Tickets include three cheeses, three half-serve cocktails and a guided tasting.
Optional charcuterie & antipasto for $15pp is also available.
