So, what’s Amaro you might ask?
The most commonly known Amaros are Aperol & Campari but we like to support local here. This is where Økar steps in. To make a truly Australian Amaro, without being Campari dressed in a kangaroo suit, Økar uses the plant material all around us in this glorious country (Riberries, Davidson Plums, Currants and Thyme to name a few).
