Book your Gin experience
Table Booking
Join us for G&Ts, cocktails and gin tasting flights Wednesday – Sunday at our distillery bar.
Two-hour bookings for up to 15 people are available. For larger groups, see our events offering below.
Light bar snacks are available. Otherwise, pre-book your grazing board of cheese, charcuterie and antipasto from Bill’s Farm Deli via the booking link ($40 for 2-3, $60 for 4-6) (Thursday – Sunday only).
Please note, we require a minimum 24 hours’ notice to ensure availability – boxes ordered after this time may not be able to be fulfilled and a refund will be issued.
Gin Masterclass
Get a sneak peek into our working distillery and taste our three signature gins. Masterclasses are a unique opportunity to learn about the distillation, botanicals as well as the history of gin and the Patient Wolf story.
Your booking will include an additional table booking for 1 hour after your session to enjoy another drink. Please contact us if you wish to extend your booking further or have any queries.

- G&T or Spritz on arrival
Our gin masterclass runs every Saturday at 1pm.
Spritz Masterclass
Enjoy a guided gin tasting with our tasting specialist, and learn how to make two gin spritzes. Step up to the bar and build your own under the expert guidance of our team.
Your booking will include an additional table booking for 1 hour after your session to enjoy another drink. Please contact us if you wish to extend your booking further or have any queries.

Our spritz masterclasses run at the below times:
- Fridays: 4pm and 6pm
- Saturdays: 12pm, 3pm and 5pm
- Sundays: 1pm and 3pm
Events and Functions
Step up your events game in 2022 with the distillery as the backdrop for your next birthday, corporate or cocktail event. We offer a range of event packages for groups of all sizes.
Cocktail parties, group tastings, and masterclasses with exclusive or shared use of the space.
