Developed in collaboration with Jaime Martín, Chief Conductor of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
The final recipe combines Patient Wolf’s Melbourne Dry Gin and local Australian producer Maidenii’s Dry Vermouth, with a splash of Oloroso Sherry from the village of Barbadillo in the Spanish province of Salamanca. The Splash of Sherry is not typical of a classic Martini recipe but talks to Jaime’s Spanish roots. Everything was blended as per Jaime’s taste.
Garnish with an olive, the Martini is bright, crisp and aromatic.
