Our Melbourne Dry Gin is appropriately named after our hometown and where our distillery is. We spent years making, creating, refining our first gin. A process that seemed endless at the time but was obvious when it arrived. The result is a considered creation and a gin that is big, bold and complex, yet is incredibly smooth and balanced.
Bright citrus of ruby grapefruit and fresh juniper are delicately balanced with subtle spice of aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper, and tonka beans. Bold, complex and aromatic. A perfectly balanced gin.
Steeped: Juniper berries, coriander seeds, aniseed myrtle orris root, angelica root, cardamom, cubeb pepper, tonka beans.
Vapour infused: fresh ruby grapefruit, oranges and aniseed myrtle.
