Tonka reserve gin is entirely unique — nothing like it has been produced before. We crafted it specifically to complement Starward’s ex-Nova whisky barrels.
Our beautiful gin is built around four key botanicals, including one of our heavy hitters: the tonka bean. Aged for 3 years, a gin to be savored.
Nose: Vanilla and crème brûlée open the aroma, lengthening into subtle juniper and a mild, sweet whisky note.
Palate: Juniper and vanilla lead the way, complemented by oak tannin, before finishing with a mild whisky wash and a zesty close.
