Description

Sweet and tart raspberry complimented by silky, fluffy texture. It’s impossible not to smile with one of these in hand.

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Melbourne Dry Gin
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Sugar Syrup
  • 3 Raspberries
  • 1 Egg White (slightly less if it’s a large egg)

Method:

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard without ice.
  • When the texture is light and fluffy, add ice and shake hard again
  • Strain into a martini glass
