✓ 60ml Melbourne Dry Gin
✓ 30ml Lemon Juice
✓ 30ml Sugar Syrup
✓ 3 Raspberries
✓ 1 Egg White (slightly less if it’s a large egg)
1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard without ice.
2. When the texture is light and fluffy, add ice and shake hard again
3. Strain into a martini glass
