Sweet and tart raspberry complimented by silky, fluffy texture. It’s impossible not to smile with one of these in hand.
- 60ml Melbourne Dry Gin
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Sugar Syrup
- 3 Raspberries
- 1 Egg White (slightly less if it’s a large egg)
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard without ice.
- When the texture is light and fluffy, add ice and shake hard again
- Strain into a martini glass
