Hawthorn Sour

INGREDIENTS:

  • 60ml Hawthorn Centenary Gin
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 15ml Egg White (or Aquafaba)
  • Maraschino Cherry for garnish

METHOD:

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds until the texture turns fluffy. Add plenty of ice and shake hard until chilled. Fine strain into glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with Maraschino cherry and some of the cherry syrup.
