A modern Aussie take on the classic French 75.

Sharp, citrusy and impactful.

Ingredients:

  • Pinot Noir Gin 30ml⁠
  • Lemon juice 15ml⁠
  • Sugar syrup 20ml⁠
  • Prosecco 60ml⁠
  • Seedless red grapes

Method:

  • Add Pinot Noir Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup to a coupette or flute glass.
  • Top with Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a single seedless red grape.⁠
