- Lemon juice 15ml
- Sugar syrup 20ml
- Prosecco 60ml
- Seedless red grapes
Method:
- Add Pinot Noir Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup to a coupette or flute glass.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a single seedless red grape.
