Moneypenny Martini

INGREDIENTS:

✓ 60ml Melbourne Dry Gin
✓ 20ml Sweet Vermouth (try Maidenii)
✓ Grapefruit peel

METHOD:

1. Add Melbourne Dry Gin and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir to dilute to taste.
3. Fine strain and garnish with grapefruit peel.
