✓ 50ml Whisky Barrel Gin
✓ 1-2 teaspoons of Maple Syrup
✓ Pinch of cracked pepper (optional)
✓ 1 dash of Angostura Bitters (optional)
1. Combine all ingredient in a mixing glass and add plenty of ice.
2. Stir briefly and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice block.
3. Garnish with orange peel and grated Nutmeg.
