- 50ml Whisky Barrel Gin
- 1-2 teaspoons of Maple Syrup
- Pinch of cracked pepper (optional)
- 1 dash of Angostura Bitters (optional)
- Combine all ingredient in a mixing glass and add plenty of ice.
- Stir briefly and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice block.
- Garnish with orange peel and grated Nutmeg.
