Pit Stop Spritz

INGREDIENTS:

✓ 30ml Strawberry Infused Melbourne Dry
✓ 30ml Sparkling Wine
✓ 60ml Capi Lemonade
✓ Fresh mint, strawberry slice or orange peel

METHOD:

1. Build ingredients in a wine glass
2. Top with CAPI Lemonade
3. Garnish with fresh peppermint

 

To make the strawberry infused Melbourne Dry Gin:

1. Blend (with any type of blender) 350 grams strawberries (1-2 punnets) per 700ml of Melbourne Dry Gin (one bottle), then strain using a metal sieve. This is your strawberry infused Melbourne Dry
