Green juice lovers rejoice! This green-tinged spin on the classic Tom Collins is zesty, light and refreshing.
- 50ml Patient Wolf Summer Thyme Gin
- 20ml Fresh Lime
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 3 Snow Peas
- Soda Water
Add gin, lime, sugar syrup and 2 snow peas to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with ice.
Strain into a tall glass and top with soda.
Garnish with a fresh snow pea.
