Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS:

✓ 50ml Whisky Barrel Gin
✓ 1-2 tsp maple syrup
✓ Optional: 1 pinch cracked pepper
✓ Optional: 1 dash Angostura bitters
✓ Garnish: orange peel and grated nutmeg

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and add plenty of ice.
Stir briefly and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice block.
Garnish with orange peel and grated nutmeg.
