- 45ml Whisky Barrel Gin (or our Melbourne Dry Gin)
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
- 1-2 teaspoons of Luxardo (optional)
- Combine all ingredient in a mixing glass and add plenty of ice.
- Stir, tasting occasionally until desired temperature and dilution is reached.
- Strain into a martini glass with an optional Cherry.
