INGREDIENTS:

✓ 45ml Whisky Barrel Gin (or our Melbourne Dry Gin)
✓ 30ml Sweet Vermouth
✓ 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
✓ 1-2 teaspoons of Luxardo (optional)

METHOD:

1. Combine all ingredient in a mixing glass and add plenty of ice.
2. Stir, tasting occasionally until desired temperature and dilution is reached.
3. Strain into a martini glass with an optional Cherry.
