Martinez

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Whisky Barrel Gin (or our Melbourne Dry Gin)
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Luxardo (optional)

Method:

  • Combine all ingredient in a mixing glass and add plenty of ice.
  • Stir, tasting occasionally until desired temperature and dilution is reached.
  • Strain into a martini glass with an optional Cherry.
