INGREDIENTS:

50ml Pink Lake Gin

20ml Lemon Juice

20ml 1:1 sugar syrup

75ml soda

Salt

METHOD:

Build ingredients in a Collins Glass with a salt rim. Add plenty of ice and garnish with an orange slice.
