INGREDIENTS:

30ml Pink Lake Gin

30ml Sparkling Wine

50ml Dry Ginger Ale

Orange slice garnish

METHOD:

Build ingredients in a wine glass, add plenty of ice and garnish with an orange slice and optional olives
